How NoeVarnerAI collects, uses, and protects customer data.

We collect the information needed to operate NoeVarnerAI's marketing dashboard and account-connection workflows. That can include your name, email address, login metadata, billing or contract records, and the profile details you authorize through supported third-party platforms.

When you connect a platform account such as Meta or LinkedIn, we may store the access credentials, basic profile identifiers, profile images, and connection metadata required to maintain the integration and display the connected account inside your authenticated dashboard.

• Account information you provide directly when you log in, contact us, or become a customer
• Platform data returned by authorized integrations, including profile identity fields and token metadata
• Product usage data such as dashboard activity, sync status, error logs, and device or browser diagnostics used to keep the service stable

• To authenticate you and operate your client dashboard
• To connect and maintain approved social, advertising, and workflow integrations
• To organize account identity, reporting, content, and automation data inside the product
• To troubleshoot sync issues, secure the service, and respond to support requests
• To send service-critical operational notices related to your account or integrations

We request only the platform permissions that are necessary for the features we are actively providing. For example, a first-party LinkedIn connection may be used to authenticate your LinkedIn identity and associate that identity with your dashboard without requesting broader marketing permissions that are not yet needed.

OAuth tokens and related credentials are treated as restricted data. They are used only to maintain the connection you approved, refresh supported integrations, and show connection state inside the authenticated product.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the product, and only to the extent needed to host the application, process approved workflows, support integrations, or comply with the law.

If we are required to disclose information to satisfy a legal request, investigate fraud, or protect the rights and safety of NoeVarnerAI, our customers, or the public, we may do so as permitted by law.

• We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain auditability, resolve disputes, and comply with contractual or legal obligations.
• We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect account data, connection credentials, and platform-derived information.
• No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so you should also protect your own credentials and disconnect integrations you no longer want to maintain.

• You can disconnect supported platform integrations from inside the product when those controls are available.
• You can request account, access, correction, or deletion help by emailing support@noevarner.com.
• You can choose not to provide certain information, but some features and integrations may not function without it.

NoeVarnerAI is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
