Rules for using the NoeVarnerAI website, dashboard, and integrations.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the NoeVarnerAI website, private dashboard, and related marketing automation services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

NoeVarnerAI provides software, dashboard, reporting, and automation services for businesses, creators, and client accounts. Features may change as the product evolves, including the availability of supported platform integrations.

• You must be authorized to use the business, creator, or platform accounts you connect to the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not use the service to impersonate another party, gain unauthorized access to third-party systems, or violate platform terms that apply to your connected accounts.

Some product features depend on third-party platforms such as Supabase, Meta, LinkedIn, Google, or workflow providers. Your use of those features is also subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third party.

By connecting an account through OAuth or another approved method, you confirm that you have the authority to grant those permissions and instruct us to maintain the connection on your behalf until you disconnect it or the integration is removed.

• Do not use the service to distribute unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading material.
• Do not interfere with the integrity, performance, or security of the product or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not use the service in a way that violates the rights of your customers, clients, or third-party platforms.

Commercial terms for implementation work, retainers, subscriptions, or custom builds may be governed by separate proposals, invoices, statements of work, or service agreements. If there is a conflict between those commercial documents and these terms, the signed commercial document controls for that engagement.

We may update, suspend, or retire features when necessary for security, compliance, vendor changes, or product direction. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption where practical.

• NoeVarnerAI retains rights in the service, software, templates, workflows, and related materials we create unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
• You retain rights in your own brand assets, account data, and content, subject to the permissions you grant so we can operate the service.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content, credentials, or data you provide or connect through the platform.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoeVarnerAI disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoeVarnerAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to NoeVarnerAI for the relevant service period giving rise to the claim, unless a separate signed agreement states otherwise.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active commercial agreement.
